How It Started… The Moodboard
In this project, the client wanted to create a salon that not only reflected their quirky style, but also an inclusive space for all. With that mindset, the website also followed that style. It is a mix of punk, color, black, 90s, and all the tacky class you can find.
BEHIND
THE LOGO
Black was the theme for this project, with a pop of color, but one color is never enough!That’s where the border on the logo comes in, a muted subtly rainbow will less colors. The goal is to feel help all feel welcome immediately.
The Brand Guide & Website
In this project, the brand guide serves as the foundation for all of the ideas executed for the client. The client has bold colors with solid sticking backgrounds and lots of organized chaos. This can also be seen throughout the website. With inclusivity in mind, the website has a feature to turn off all of the designs according the the individual visitors needs. The website includes a mobile site as well a fun add ons like a sheep mouse! I implore you to take a peek at the Black Sheep!
